We are pleased to announce that Palau Majesty Development Inc. will now focus exclusively on the hotel business. As a result, all medical initiatives aimed at curing diabetes, SDGs-related projects, and fintech ventures will be transferred to Palau Sambas Development Inc. as of February 15, 2025.

This decision was made based on a strategic assessment, as hotel projects require a long period from construction completion to investment recovery. The aim is to streamline operations and accelerate the progress of all projects.

The Palau Development Token (PWDT) and Palau Digital Dollar (PWD) projects will continue as planned, except for those directly related to hotel construction.
