Koror, Palau – August 1st, 2025 – Palau Sambas Development Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) today announces the latest update regarding the issuance and sales structure of the Palau Development Token (PWDT).

At present, the licensing of Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) in Palau remains under review, pending formal approval by both the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and the Palau National Congress. Until the official VASP framework is finalized, Palau Sambas Development Co., Ltd. will not issue or sell PWDT within Palau. Instead, the issuance and token sales will be conducted by Auring Ltd., incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (BVI).

• PWDT is not offered or sold by any Japanese entity. The token sale is strictly intended for investors residing in Palau, holders of the Palau Digital Residency (RSN.ID) or related residency program, and investors in jurisdictions where participation in the ICO is permitted.
• PWDT is a private-sector token designed to support privately initiated development projects.
• Palau Sambas Development Co., Ltd. is a private company in Palau and maintains no capital relationship with the Palau national or state governments.
• The ongoing initiative to establish Palau as a “Model Nation for Diabetes Cure” will proceed under a separate framework. Specifically, the Global Development Token (GDT) project will be advanced jointly by Auring Inc. and the Biozipcode Group, independent of PWDT.
• Investors who participated in PWDT’s pre-sale or reservation prior to the official ICO will receive distributions of both PWDT and GDT, commencing from September 1, 2025.
